Maniac is a multiplayer survival horror game where every match is a deadly battle between Murderer and Victims. Trapped in a cursed house, the victims must scavenge for weapons and set traps to stand a chance against the relentless killer. But time is not on their side—the murderer is always watching, always hunting, and there is nowhere to run.

• The House – An ordinary home with a sinister secret. Every room could be a hiding spot… or a trap.
• The Abandoned Mansion – Decayed halls filled with shadows and mystery. The past lingers here, and so does death.
